Nori sheets are not inherently bad, but like any food, they should be consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet. Nori sheets are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and protein, but they can also be high in sodium. It's important to be mindful of portion sizes and to consider the overall nutritional content of the meal in which nori sheets are included. If you have specific dietary concerns or health conditions, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice. **

Nori sheets are thin, dried seaweed sheets that are commonly used in making sushi. They are made from a type of red algae called Porphyra, which is harvested, washed, and then pressed into thin sheets. Nori sheets have a slightly salty and umami flavor, and they are used to wrap around the rice and fillings in sushi rolls to provide structure and a delicious oceanic taste. **

Nori sheets, which are used to wrap sushi, are not typically expensive. They are made from dried seaweed and are relatively affordable. On the other hand, the cost of sushi can vary depending on the type and quality of ingredients used. While some sushi can be inexpensive, especially at casual dining establishments, higher-end sushi made with premium fish and other ingredients can be quite expensive. Therefore, it is not accurate to say that nori sheets are expensive and sushi is cheap. **

A substitute for nori sheets could be thinly sliced cucumber or zucchini, which can be used to wrap sushi rolls or hand rolls. Another option is to use soy paper, which is a thin, edible paper made from soybeans and can be used in place of nori for sushi rolls. Additionally, you can also use large lettuce leaves, such as romaine or butter lettuce, as a substitute for nori sheets to wrap around sushi fillings. **
